Ordering

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards are welcome. Undeliverable or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping and handling charges.

Warranty and Returns

All sales are final. All items carry a 10-day parts and labor warranty. Returns for DOA product only. All DOA claims must be made within 48 hours of product delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Technical Support and Customer Service

Call 1-614-358-5814, Monday through Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM, EST. We offer technical support for hardware problems within warranty only. We reserve the right to correct pricing and other errors that may occur on this Web site. NMP Consulting may assist you in repairing your computer's hardware problems over the phone. Software problems will be supported on an hourly paid basis only. The technician taking your call will inform you of applicable charges prior to commencing repairs. Any software support work must be secured by credit or debit card payment before work begins. If support over the phone is unsuccessful, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and directions for shipping us the product for repair. Products returned without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused. For products to be repaired under warranty, NMP Consulting must be contacted with in 10 days of the initial *shipping* date for the product requiring repairs. If a system is sent to us and we determine that the user is at fault for the computer's failure, the customer will be billed for any shipping costs, labor fees, and any other costs incurred for the repair.

Other Terms and Conditions

Computers are purchased with or without the operating system installed. In either instance, NMP Consulting will support hardware problems only. NMP Consulting may choose to perform an initial load of the operating system and drivers if the system includes the proper Certificate of Authenticity for the installed operating system. The operating system may or may not be installed in a working state. If you are loading your own operating system, you are responsible for loading the "proper software" that is needed to operate any peripherals attached to the computer unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. The proper software includes the operating system and any other software/drivers needed to operate the computer and its peripherals. NMP Consulting and its affiliates assume no liability for the improper loading and/or usage of any software. NMP Consulting and its affiliates assume no liability if you, the customer, knowingly or accidentally format, partition or delete files from your hard drive, making your computer inoperable.

TERMS OF WARRANTIES:

The Ten-Day Parts & Labor Limited Warranty becomes effective on the date of shipment from Seller. All warranties are granted to the original purchasing customer only and are non- transferable. Removal of hardware from a system and use of such hardware in a different system or configuration voids all applicable limited warranties. Any claims under these warranties must be made before the end of the applicable warranty period. During such period, if NMP Consulting determines that a part or system is defective in material or workmanship, NMP Consulting, at its option, will provide you with a repaired part or system, or replace any part or system that is covered by the applicable warranty. NMP Consulting reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable reconditioned parts and systems. NMP Consulting's responsibility is limited to repair or replacement, either of which may be selected by NMP Consulting at its sole discretion. The Ten-Day Replacement Parts Limited Warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, unusual temperatures or humidity, improper installation, damage determined by NMP Consulting to have been caused by the customer, or repairs made by anyone other than NMP Consulting, or repairs made by the customer with the assistance of NMP Consulting technical support. IN NO EVENT SHALL NMP Consulting or its affiliates BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR LOST PROFITS OR OTHER SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND, HOWEVER CAUSED, AND WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER NMP Consulting HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS OR EXPENSES. THE TOTAL LIABILITY IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF MONIES PAID BY YOU TO SELLER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, NMP Consulting MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIM AND NEGATE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND CONFORMITY TO MODELS OR SAMPLES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. The warranties set forth herein give you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. No variation or exceptions in the terms stated herein can be made. A "full refund" as used above shall include the purchase price paid by the customer, but shall not include shipping costs, insurance or, if applicable, import and export duties, and any other fees and charges imposed by government or quasi- governmental agencies, all of which must be paid by you. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND COSTS: These limited warranties are incorporated into and are essential and material provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Sale of Seller's parts and systems to you. All disputes arising out of or related to the limited warranties set forth herein (customer disputes) shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, Delaware County. The customer hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of the State courts of Ohio to resolve any and all customer disputes with Seller. The customer waives all defenses to such jurisdiction and venue including, but not limited to, any defense based on inconvenient forum. In the event the customer and Seller are unable to resolve any customer dispute, and any collection action, suit or other judicial proceeding is commenced, the prevailing party in any such collection action, suit or judicial proceeding shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred. All Trademarks are property of the registered owner.

LAPTOP BATTERIES

The Ten-Day parts and labor warranty does NOT cover laptop/notebook batteries. The batteries in all of the laptops/notebooks on this site are used and may or may not be in working condition and/or hold a charge.
